  • Recruiting and staffing
  • Performance management and improvement systems
  • Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees (from corporate and manufacturing firm set up, point of view – the person should be able to handle labour issues)
  • Employee on boarding, development, needs assessment, and training
  • Policy development and documentation (he/she should be well versed with the HR norms, policies & practices)
  • Employee relations
  • Employee Engagement, Compensation & benefits
  • Compensation and benefits administration
  • Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
  • Employee services and counseling
