Job Responsibilities :

1. AWS CloudOps
• EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, CloudFormation, SES, SNS, EKS, ECR
• Designing, Managing secure and cost-effective AWS cloud solutions

2. Linux Administration
• Able to manage the design and troubleshoot Linux servers and cater server solutions
• Monitoring everyday systems and evaluate the availability of all server resources and
perform all activities for Linux servers.
• Bash shell relevant skills for day-in and out work

3. Microservices and Containers
• Docker containers knowledge and orchestration through Kubernetes
• Docker-compose, config, docker swarm knowledge
• Kubectl utility to manage Kubernetes deployments, configs, and applying changes

4. Scripting
• Shell scripting bash and AWS CLI commands

Good to have:

• Python Scripting and Perl scripting
• Config Management – Ansible, terraform, Chef etc
• Logging and management of logs – ELK stack, sumologic, etc
• GitOps – code repository management
• SQL
• Monitoring tools – Datadog, AppD, Grafana etc.
• SRE operations
