Retail Branch Banking:

  • Monitoring overall operations of the branch; responsible for planning and achieving set branch targets from time to time.
  • Implementing corporate goals, short & long term budgets, managing inventory & assets and developing business plans for the achievement of goals.
  • Overseeing overall operational performance of branch, generating business as per the management requirements and achieving set targets.
  • Monitoring of various office accounts on a daily basis. Reporting of office accounts as per the required format.
  • Interfacing with HNI, Mid-Cap Corporate clients for understanding their requirements & suggesting the most suitable solution and cultivating relations with them for customer retention & securing repeat business.


Sales & Business Development:

  • Analysing business potential and implementing plans to drive channels for attaining business targets and achieving desired targets.
  • Identifying, qualifying and pursuing business opportunities through market surveys.
  • Conducting the competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve the market share.
  • Enhancing the CASA Float in the accounts of the branch. Updating and maintaining various MIS for the team and introducing techniques to enhance sales performance & revenue generation for the branch.
  • Responsible for generating business for various banking products like CASA, MF, FD & Life Insurance.
  • Conducting product presentations, promotional activities, market development & branch visibility.
